Information required for SRRC application

1. "Application Form for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Model" with the official seal of the applicant; submit the "Power of Attorney for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment" (if any) on behalf of the applicant;

2. A copy of the "Corporate Legal Person Business License" of the applicant unit (including the agency application unit);

3. Technical specifications (including software and hardware version numbers) and user manuals of the device model to be applied for;

4. Circuit diagram and block diagram of the tested equipment;

5. Three sets of color photos printed on A4 paper or electronic version:

a. Overall photo;

b. Front view;

c. Side view (including launch port, interface, etc.);

d. Backside photo (including launch port, interface, etc.);

e. Photo of the internal circuit board of the tested equipment;

f. The nameplate of the tested equipment must be clearly displayed: equipment model, full name of the applicant (manufacturer), equipment serial number, and approval code cmiit id;

g. In addition, the lower part of the appearance of the photo should also indicate the structural size of the equipment under inspection.

Signing of the radio transmission equipment type approval inspection agreement

1. The "National Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring and Inspection Center Radio Equipment Inspection Agreement" can only be signed after the applicant/agent application unit submits the radio transmission equipment type approval inspection materials and sample testing requirements;

2. The "Agreement on Radio Equipment Testing of the National Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring and Inspection Center" must be signed by both the applicant unit or the agent of the application unit and the accepting engineer before it becomes effective;

3. The "National Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring and Inspection Center Radio Equipment Inspection Agreement" is calculated from the date of signing. The inspection time of the model approved prototype is normally completed within 20 working days, and accelerated to be completed within 5 working days (including inspection report );

4. When signing the "National Radio Spectrum Monitoring and Inspection Center Radio Equipment Inspection Agreement", you can choose normal or expedited (fast) inspection services.
